I've been in the remodeling industry for 30+ years, starting as a cabinet installer and working my way up to business owner and designer. I'm a hands-on guy, involved in all stages of the remodeling process with a deep understanding of the installation process. My experiences over the years have taught me a lot about the industry and how people deserve to be treated. My number one goal is to remain transparent throughout the process, so you can stay informed at every step. I find that our projects run smoothly because I handle all aspects of the business. I'm there for the initial design, ordering process, through the end of the installation. You won't get passed around from department to department or work with someone unfamiliar with your space.

I've been in the remodeling industry for 30+ years working as a master carpenter. Rich and I met 15 years ago and have worked together ever since. He trusts me to get the job done and train others.
Barry, Lead Electrician
I have over 30 years of experience in commercial, residential, and industrial electrical installation. I'm also the former facilities manager for the Baltimore National Aquarium and have owned Aspen Electric since 2011. I joined forces with Rich when he first started Glenwood Kitchen & Bath back in 2008 and always love collaborating with him.

As a US Air Force veteran, I have a strong work ethic and attention to detail. In addition to my work as a master plumber, I specialize in custom residential remodeling and love to create 18th & 19th century furniture reproductions in my spare time. I've worked with Rich for years as his company has grown, even working on his own housing projects.
Greg, Flooring Installer
